A2. Our lead times are quoted in calendar days. This calculation starts from the approval of the DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and the beginning of actual production.
Q3. What are the shipping terms of HordRT?
A3. For regular production orders, our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means that once the goods have left our premises, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and any associated fees.

2. CNC machining parts require 100% payment before shipment.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, payment should be made by bank transfer as designated by HordRT.
