Q3. What are the shipping terms of HordRT?
A3. For regular production orders, our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means that once the goods have left our premises, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and any associated fees.

A5.1. For all tooling orders, a 50% deposit is required in advance, with the balance to be paid before the T1 sample is shipped.
2. CNC machining parts require 100% payment before shipment.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment should be made via bank transfer as designated by HordRT.
