A3. For regular production orders, our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means that once the goods have left our premises, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and any associated fees.

3. Unless otherwise agreed, payments should be made by bank transfer as designated by HordRT.
