A1. We understand the importance of keeping your design and content secure and confidential. If required, we are more than willing to sign an NDA document. You can send your company's NDA directly to us, and we will promptly sign and return it to you.
A2. The lead times provided are quoted in calendar days. This calculation starts from the approval of the DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and the commencement of actual production.
A3. For regular production orders, our standard shipping terms are Ex Works (EXW). This means that once the goods have left our premises, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and any associated fees.
A4. HordRT offers several advantages over other suppliers:
A5.1. For tooling orders, a 50% deposit is typically required in advance, with the balance to be paid before the T1 sample is shipped.
2. CNC machining parts require 100% payment before shipment.
